Bernard McCoon’s Story

Opiate addiction, 500 words just are not enough. In August of 2014 I was by doctors orders (because of 5 back surgeries) wearing a 100 mcg fentanyl patch every 2 days and taking 3-200 mg extended release morphine and 6-30 mg immediate release pills every day. Without any withdrawals, I have been able to reduce my dose to just the 6-30 mg. I tried for over 10 years to do this and was not able to. Also in August 2014, I was told I had prostate cancer with 3 confirmed tumors. My doctor gave me permission to try a cannabis oil treatment, even though it was not a proven treatment. My doctor said he was interested to see what would happen (was early stage 1). August 2016, MRI showed no tumors, how can this be? And I have my doctors results and remarks. Read up on other countries research, the answers are there. I also lost over 100 lbs, no longer have type 2 diabetes, and oh my Hepatitis C is gone. My doctors have said it has added at least 10 years to my life! All since I started this program. Thank you all!

Wow what a huge accomplishment! I am starting my journey now trying to reduce my dependence on opiates/due to chronic pain. Good luck to you!

That is so wonderful. I’m so happy for you. I really believe in it even though I’m new. But I have a question ….. how did you know what your therapeutic dose of CBD oil is? I’m using it now for MS and I don’t know if I’m spraying enough or should I keep trying the one with the THC in it? I didn’t like it the THC CBD oil the first time I used it. Thank you
