Sparkler Ice Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Cannabis Infused Honey
  • 1 cup Cannabis Almond Milk (or other milk)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Puree the raspberries, water, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Add 1/8 cup cannabis infused honey halfway through the pureeing process, continue blending until smooth.
  3. Pour raspberry puree through sieve and into a clean bowl. Discard seeds.
  4. Fill each popsicle mold up 1/3 of the way with raspberry puree.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour.
  6. Mix Cannabis Almond Milk, yogurt, and sugar together.
  7. Remove the popsicle molds from the freezer and fill each mold up 1/3 of the way with the yogurt mixture.
  8. Freeze for 1 hour.
  9. Puree the blueberries, 1/8 cup water, and lime juice together.
  10. Add 1/8 cup cannabis infused honey halfway through the pureeing process, continue blending until smooth.
  11. Pour blueberry puree through sieve and into a clean bowl. Discard seeds.
  12. Take the popsicles from the freezer and insert a popsicle stick through the yogurt layer of each popsicle.
  13. Fill the molds with the blueberry puree, leaving a little room at the top (less than 1/2 an inch).
  14. Return to freezer and freeze until solid. Usually about 2 hours.
  15. Run molds under warm water before opening to loosen popsicles.
